Attention all major crews, the New Roman Republic is hosting the first ever serverwide Geneva Convention*. In this convention, we will be discussing what we feel are acceptable forms of warfare, and what is acceptable to cause it, and will be signing an agreement between all of us legitamizing this agreement. We ask that all major nations who want to attend send their leader, or a representative of their nation, to the convention, under the following terms:

• You will not bring weapons or armor
• You will submit to a strip search** to ensure no weapons are brought to this meeting
• You will go in with an open mind

Any media members, including newspaper editors or media staff who wish to attend will have to go through a strip search as well, and will not be signing the document unless they are also a representative of a crew, the basic format the discussion will begin with is a set of rules proposed by InventorJohn:

Unconditional surrender is only accepted when the crew or country is so badly damaged that it can no longer fight.</p>

Supporting the war effort is in anyway supplying the country with military supplies or supplies that will be used for military structures. If you are just supplying supplies to rebuild or repair non-aggressive structures or structures that were already previously built to protect cities it will not be counted as supporting the war effort.</p>

<p style=”border: 0px; margin: 0px 0px 24px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; font-size: 14px; color: #555555; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22.4px; background: #fbfbfb;”>11. Laws of war only apply to crew or countries who have accepted them.</p>

If a crew or country that has accepted the terms of these laws disobeys them then they will be charged for war crimes.</p>

You must inform me before 5:00 (the time of the meeting) if you wish to attend, NO UNINVITED GUESTS, discussions will be held in public chat for convinience
*A convention between nations to discuss acceptable terms of warfare, and acceptable causes for said warfare.

**You will be TP’d into a room where we will kill you, and examine the items you hold, and if you do not /back or tp back withing 15 seconds you will not be allowed to attend, your items will be returned to you upon examination, if you have any, unless of course you are found to be carrying weapons or armor, including, but not limited to: Swords, Axes, Shovels, Picks, Helmets, Leggings, Boots, Chestpieces, Ect. this is to ensure the safety of the members attending the convention.
