I think you need to revisit what you said in your log chats that you showed everyone to try and prove a failing point. You not only asked a question but also said I was damaging the build team’s reputation and that it would be better if I wasn’t on the build team at all. No wonder why I show you disrespect. Do not class me in with your staff member stereotypes, leave your issues with actual staff, builders have little to do with staff problems.
