I can’t help but agree with you, but I was told by one of the staff that it was for a specific reason (ie So you don’t get, say, 3 homes at Carpenter instead of 2)…. I would personally say that its silly to have a 15$ charge, but that’s just me (and obviously it isn’t if there is a reasonable, logical explanation as to why we have it).
