If you could please collect evidence of these occurrences like this (such as screen shotting, a death screen is good enough) and/or provide accounts from other players that saw/heard this happen and publish that in new forum post, that’d be appreciated, also contact staff if they’re online if this occurs and seems to cross the line into rule breaking.
