We have many tools in our arsenal for moderation and admin work. For xray type infractions if you are asked for screens your already busted 9 times out of ten. Most of the time but not all the screens are for records, as a courtesy, and to see if you will try and lie.

So the fact that your “computer crashed” while being asked for screens wasnt the whole reason for the ban. Xray bans can be appealed after 6 months. The tone of your appeal and how you act in the forums/discord while waiting to appeal play the biggest part in its success.
