The key here is being able to organize things well, and have a level of consistency.

We’re not trying to make this feel like a burden for you, but if you enjoy building in groups, this might be a thing for you! After all, this isn’t a real job, its a volunteer job on a bloody minecraft server – pick the people you want to work with, be creative, and enjoy yourself. Its a fun thing to do, not for everyone, but I really enjoyed it.
