Well… You don’t make the British Empire and call the capital Birmingham do you? Obviously the capital is called Rome. And for the name, SPQR isn’t something completely made up; perhaps they came up one day and wanted to create a replica of the Roman Empire.

Please just give them a break, they have tried and want to solve this matter in a peaceful, diplomatic matter.
