dude if you do something like abusing /back or harrasing a player (you know low rules type) then you get a warning ( i have 2 T-T ) but if you advertise/hack/use a mod thats not optifine/talk smak to staff/talk smack to anyone with the full intention to do so then you get banned permanently (ofc if you dint know and got tricked by another player so you would get banned gives you a small chnace of being un banned but this is not the case). and btw you baisicaly said cocacola in a pepsi  comercial :/.
