Also, please note. My irl friend, Gruffalol, was banned at the same time as me because he was playing with me on my IP at the time. He has never made an appeal. Similarly, both him and I tried to ban evade the day I was banned (basically appealing within the server) on a number of alts including denisant1234, BaronTemplar, GForcePvP, xXWOTMANXx. I recommend both my irl friend and these alts remain banned (as it is fair), but pls don’t accidentally ban me for ban evading when I join the server. Markusi banned these alts the same day as my main, and added the ban evasion punishment to this account (originally the ban for davidj123456 was meant to be 365days I think, but it was increased to permanent for ban evasion).

Let’s take apart this reply. You bring up Davidj123456’s ban to support you not being banned for hacking on another server even though hackers before have been automatically banned due to evidence of them being hackers before. David was just one exception but the oldies on the server will remember the old saying on the server: “Once a hacker, always a hacker.” Basically, if you did hack once, we simply can’t trust you to not try hacking again. Next, Java dug up a video and you are trying to defend yourself by saying your account got compromised. If you know that your account got compromised why didn’t you do anything about it like contacting mojang or something? You need to show proof that your account got compromised considering Java showed proof that you once hacked. Not going to adress the next section considering that’s what everyone says but people still use aimbot even though it is “obvious”. You say that you don’t play on any pvp/minigametype servers but this player server tracker website and this turned up: http://www.minecraft-listing.com/minecraft/players/Witcher_Geralt Shows you have been on numerous servers other than PirateCraft and from their names, some of them are obviously pvp/minigame servers. One is even another Movecraft server…. you preparing to leave PirateCraft so soon? The fact that Java “advertised” the server is insignificant. It wasn’t his video so he can’t do anything about it. What is significant is the fact that you are seen obviously hacking in the video which puts you and your place on PirateCraft in jeopardy.

Why would someone contact Mojang for a compromised account?Just change the password, Mojand couldn’t care less.

Also, why does it matter if I’ve tried other servers?I only have two servers I play on regularly, this and one plain survival, I don’t get your point.

Basically, if you did hack once, we simply can’t trust you to not try hacking again.

Delta Troubles.

Today and yesterday members have left delta in search of new crews and/or to become loners. This is not the only problem Delta has to deal with though, with davidj123456 calling out some of the crews’ members to be killed before him, (after he had been kicked from the crew yesterday) it is hard to say if Delta will be having a very Merry Christmas this year.

Warp’s Are Becoming Wastelands…

So many of you who have been playing recently have seen multiple warp campers who kill everyone and anyone who decide to try their luck at these (now) kill houses. This has become a problem that I believe needs to be discussed because it is ruining people’s businesses and it is turning warps into ghost towns. What I would like to suggest in light of these circumstances is that people who are using warps, would not only discourage the killing of players trying to buy equipment they need. But also to, in a way, police the area allowing for there to be more safety throughout the warp that you are at.

Today Texter495 proposed to Queen Reptaria, and she replied by accepting his acquiesce, instead of turning him down like all those other poor elven rejects… This caused a flare up of anger and sarcasm between JavaInvader and Texter495. It seems both are ready to fight to the death over the Queen’s hand <3 and give their lives for the romantic drama of the server. It is yet to be seen if the two lovers will fight over the ultimate prize of an elf…
