I agree yet disagree. I think some things as well are to op and that the harassment should stop. Because it is ridiculous. But this is a PVP server as well so people are gonna die a lot.

I tagged you guys because I think this is a very interesting thread.

You are completely correct Chelilark. The only evidence for this ban suggests that he doesn’t deserve to be banned. Its not who this player is that counts, but the fac t he has d=done nothing wrong, and has been banned for hacking when all evidence, which is sparse, points to the fact he was simply scared.

    @calliemav
I respect the fact you are staff, but you must respect that I have been here far longer than you. I have had friends come and go before you even joined as a deckhand. Your rank doesn’t simply earn you respect, but what you do does. I respect you, as you do a fanstatic job, and deserve staff rank. But, shutting down the posts of someone who is clearly innocent is wrong, and @smokeyriver that goes to you too. It is annoying, but he is clearly desperate to join again.

Bear in mind, that you have been publicly saying, in chat, that you declare war on everything that moves, and so it is well within reason that he might be screed of you, hence walking away.

Hey guys so I was thinking this morning while sitting in my tower, a lot of people have crews and everyone msg you hey are you allied to this person or are you enemies with this person it gets tiring of responding and repeating yourself over and over again of who your allied and not allied to.

So I was thinking of this as an idea:

    —————————-

    Reptaria: Hey guys

    CallieMav: Hey Rep!

Outlaws has just declared an alliance with the Elves

    Reptaria: Thanks hard!!

    Hardtimez: Mhm lol anytime 🙂

    ————————————————–

    Or this

    ————————————————-

    Crazypirate1: Hey everyone

    Godsdead: Yo!

    Crazypirate1: How is everyone?

    Godsdead: Good you?

    Hatawii: NOPE! I HATE BE!

    PirateLords are enemies with BE

CrazyPirate1: May the war begin >:0

    Godsdead: OHHHH!!!!

    ————————————————————

It Should look like this when you view a crew

    ———————————————————-

List members of the crew Verussia

    Leaders: _KingRS_

Members: blah blah blah blah blah

    Allied: BE, Elves

    Enemies: None

    Truce: Titan

    Neutral: All

    ——————————————————————————————————————————————————-

Hope you guys enjoyed the little show there lol but I really think this could help big groups such as the British and Elves and Outlaws and Titans.

    Benefits:

Stop people msging you are you allied with me

Stop people msging you are we enemies

    And all that jazz

For my conclusion I think that group diplomatic relations should be thought of because it helps the community and it helps us in roleplay. People can say were allies one minute but then take it back like that. So just think on it, Can we have this added onto crews?

    Thanks,

Mother and soul protector of the Elven Empire

The Dead God stirred… He had managed to survive his explosion by diving behind a small wall of sandbags that were stored in the hold, though he was covered in burns and had been hit by several pieces of debris, one of which knocked him out. He opened his eyes to see Dr. Solid tending to him, applying pressure to one of the many cuts that were scattered across his body. The British had captured the Dead God.

Meanwhile, the pirates were still rowing, in the middle of the north-western ocean. With no maps at hand, due to the need to quickly escape the Pearly Eagle, all they had was a compass, which told them that they were southbound. They’d been rowing for three days now, and the emergency resources within the escape boat were starting to run low. Calliemav, the boatswain, decided that he ought to ration what little there was left, in order to try and make them last as long as possible.

HMS Bravery set sail for Port Royal, to lock up the Dead God. On the way, the British started interrogating their prisoner. The Dead God, by this time, was well aware that he wasn’t going to be killed, as he knew that if the British wanted him dead, he would already be lying on the ground, lifeless.

A few days later, when the HMS Bravery arrived at Port Royal, to be greeted by the Prime Minister of the British Empire, CrazyPirate, the cargo was offloaded and shifted into one of the many warehouses that lay across the docks. Admiral Anivian walked up to the Prime Minister, and told him about the pirate they had on board. CrazyPirate stepped aboard the HMS Bravery, and followed the Admiral to the holding cells. Shackled by his hands and feet with chains that attached to the wall, the Dead God was in a pitiful state, bruised from where his debris had hit him, wearing what used to be a formidable outfit, which was now reduced to rags. Blood-stained, dusty, torn rags. At present, he was asleep, but as the Admiral rattled the bars of his cell, he woke. He spat in the direction of the Admiral and the Prime Minister, who promptly stepped aside.

Dr. Solid was asked to render him unconscious in a humane manner, and the Dead God was then carried to the Governor’s mansion, at the heart of Port Royal, where the pirate was shackled to a chair, with guards standing either side of him. The Prime Minister decided that he would let the pirate rest for a bit, before returning with the Admiral to interrogate him.

The pirates had hit land. Their boat, now on shore, was in a pitiful state, and their rations, gone. The boatswain had sent a small search team to find some livestock and some crops, so that they could start to farm a sustainable source of food. In the meantime, the Calliemav decided, they would have to make do with fish, and distilled saltwater. They would start planning a rescue for their captain in the morning. They set up camp for the night, cooked some fish, and were promptly off to bed.

When the golden sunrise awoke the crew, they were somewhat surprised to find a tent which wasn’t theirs nearby. Calliemav decided that they would try and ambush the tent, and steal all of the food and valuables that they could lay their hands on. As the pirates readied their flintlocks and cutlasses, a man emerged from the tent. This man was clearly a merchant, as it was possible to see by his clean clothing, and sophisticated stance. He bid the pirates good morning, and the pirates reacted as if they’d never heard such words before. “I believe I may have something of interest to you.” Said the man. Who is this man? What does he have to offer the pirates? Will the Dead God escape British custody? Watch this space!

    Name

    First day

Dorkito101 joined and instantly was put on a ship, and started sailing.  He and his crew were sailing the Jackdaw across the navy blue seas. The seas were tough on his crew alright. Draco49er had flown off the ship after we hit a big wave. We came across the Godsdead 2000, we were meant to be peaceful, we had built a hut and farms for our stay. The Godsdead 2000 opened fire knocking crabriel off his feet! We moved upon the ship and opened fire. CreeperMordern knocked Sailor Reaper out of the ship. Cap’n Dorkito sailed the ship and boarded the other. He used his sword to knock Gunner CallieMav into the wet sea. Markusi had shot a whole in the lower deck, the Jackdaw was sinking! At the very end, Cap’n Dorkito set fire to the other ship. Cap’n Dorkito jumped off the burning ship, grabbed its loot and ran! Gunner Machi wasn’t far behind him. What Dorkito didn’t know was Cap’n GL had a cannon ready a set on him. He fired it, Cap’n Dorkito got hit! He took his sword and gave one last slash to Machi. Cap’n Dorkitos last words were “Begone the French and viva la Elves!”

I figured I’d start a topic where people can talk about the lore of the server and publish any stories/ideas that they may or may not have had… I’ll start

The wind was howling is the stormy sea. The navigator, atop the ship, in the crows’ nest, was struggling to read his wet charts because of the downpour on the ship. The ship was a fine example of some of the world’s best shipbuilders. Who else should be in charge but the notorious Dead God? So called because of his fearlessness and his ruthlessness, the Dead God was not a pirate to be messed with. He and his crew had more than 100 years’ sailing experience between them, and knew that the forces that met them on this dark, dull, dangerous evening were not to be messed with.

The captain gave the order to weigh anchor. The large, rusting anchor was lowered until it had reached the ground. The navigator, Markus, let out a sigh of relief as he made his way down from the crows’ nest, onto the main deck, shielding himself from the rain as he descended. He followed the crew into the ship’s galley, where Ma_c_hi, the cook, was handing everyone some hot steak with some rum.

The crew sat down on a table together to discuss what their plans for the day after would be. Reaper, the first mate, suggested that they make for a nearby island which supposedly hid some treasure. After some discussion, the crew agreed. They would set sail in their ship early the next morning and head for land.

As they headed to the cabin, Calliemav, the boatswain, was giving orders to the new crew members to start cleaning the rain, which was covering the deck, up. The Dead God slowly made his way to his cabin, with each part of the ship he stepped on creaking beneath his feet. Once he’d arrived, he added to his captain’s log, and started procuring a list of tasks he would want done the next day by the crew. He called for the navigator to join him, so that they could plan together the route for the next day that would take them to land.

Whilst the crew were busy settling down in their cabins, none of them noticed movement throughout the harsh conditions provided by the skies. Another ship was slowly gaining on the pirates. In charge of that ship was the Admiral that all pirates feared; Admiral Anivian. Acting on behalf of the British Empire to eliminate a threat to their shores, Anivian, who had 20 years’ experience with the Royal Navy, called the crew to aim the cannons. Once the order to fire the cannons had been issued, the pirates rushed back up to the main deck, in order to return fire. British troops were already preparing to board, their cutlasses drawn.

The Dead God pulled out his musket, and aimed at the boatswain of the HMS Bravery, Commodore G. L. Super. The Dead God pulled the trigger just as the Commodore started to swing across to the Pearly Eagle, the pirates’ ship. The Commodore executed the move perfectly, and ended up swinging past the Dead God, kicking the musket out of his hand as he landed.

Several other Royal Navy members, such as Lieutenant Skyman, followed their boatswain’s incredible display of bravery. Before long, ten troops had boarded the Pearly Eagle, cutlasses wielded, and were battling the seemingly never-ending hoard of pirates.

The cannon fire had been causing a mask of smoke to cloud both ships, making the battle equally hard for both sides. The British seamen, however, after a longer than average skirmish, had managed to tie up the more senior pirates, with some of the more junior ranks of both sides scattered across the now blood-stained deck.

Commodore Super ordered half of the surviving junior ranks to carry any potential survivors back to HMS Bravery, to be seen by the on-board medic, Dr. Solid. He then asked the other half to accompany him on a search of the rest of the ship for any potential surviving pirates. Whilst the bodies were being dragged across the plank that now formed a bridge between the two boats, the search team headed below deck.

The Dead God, one of the pirates tired up to the mast, used this opportunity and his quick thinking to procure a blade from the ground, which he used to cut loose the ropes that were tying him and his crew to the mast, before leading his crew to the lifeboat.

The Dead God had, in the knowledge that he would eventually get raided, stuffed explosives into the hull. He ordered his crew to leave and save themselves whilst he evasively moved down into the hold to ignite the explosives. The Dead God managed to reach the hold without being noticed, though as he readied his flint and steel, he heard shouts from above. The British had noticed that the pirates had escaped, which meant the Dead God didn’t have long to light the ship and dispose of the British.

He lit the fuse that led to the explosives, before looking frantically around for a place to hide. He ran, but before he knew it, the ship had detonated, Did the Dead God manage to shield himself from the explosive? Did Commodore Super and his crew survive? Will the pirates seek their revenge? Watch this space!

Players have solved all of the riddles! But to show the people where the treasures were hidden. I’ll decipher the hidden meanings of the riddles below…

    1. Warp to the place where the house shines its light.
At the island where the Reaper shows his might.
Up the ladder to the very top floor.
Find the hole that Reaper tore.

This first riddle referenced a lighthouse on Iamthereaper89’s island at /warp shop. The chest was hidden on the top floor in a little niche that Reaper literally tore.

    2. Find the old City where the Queen once stood.
Enter the moat, really you should.
Find the chest and then the boat
Leave the hole somewhere in the moat.

The old city where the Queen once stood was /warp city where QueenRept once ruled the Elven Empire. The key was in a chest in the first ring of water after bouncing out of spawn. There was a little hole that had a chest in it in the inner ring of water.

    3. Across the sky to where the old Jay once flew.
Find the aqueduct that still stands true.
Into the house that the Reaper could boast.
Search in anything that can be used to roast.

The words “sky” and “Jay” refer to skymanjay and his shop at /warp skyshop… There was a little wooden waterway near one of Reaper’s houses. Inside the house the key was hidden in a furnace since a furnace roasts things.

    4. Follow the British to where there is still Hope.
Enter the building that could house the Pope.
Find the crypt where the king does lay
Follow the tunnels, all the way.

British and Hope refers to the British Port Hope. The place that could house the Pope was the Port Hope church that has a hidden crypt leading to traps but also pressure plates that reveal hidden chests. One of which contained the key.

    5. The docks! The chests! The ship with no name!
The one that soon will rise to fame!
Search aboard the ship with sails the color of the storm.
Give in to the Tempest, and lose your form.

This one was a little tricky… The docks and the ship with no name refers to one of the unnamed ships at /warp ships . “Rise to fame” you guys decipher :). The boat had gray colored sails hence the “color of the storm”. The last sentence… HHMMMMMM I really don’t know about that… 😉

    6. Find the cannons near the marker.
Near the cannon that could be darker.
In the chest by the cannon from the Typhoon.
Pray to GodsDead that the prize wasn’t taken by a buffoon.

The cannons near the market means the livemap marker noting the spot of /warp cannons. The cannon that could be darker is a rusty carronade (what colors are those again?) that is not as dark as regular carronade cannons. One of the Rusty Carronades had a chest next to it where players found a key. “The cannon from the Typhoon”…. not sure how to explain that one…. “Pray to GodsDead that the prize wasn’t taken by a buffoon” was just a filler line but was my hope that some random deckhand doesn’t find the key and not know what to do with it.

    7. To the market owned by saraphim
Take a stroll, along the rim
Enter an alley and find a chest.
A nice prize, but not the best.

Market owned by saraphim = /warp market. An alley that can be entered from the rim of the platform hid a chest with a prize in it.

    8. Finish at the central and most important place.
Where the Lady of Cove lost her case.
Head over to the gift that continues to stand.
Use the bow, forget the hand.

A definition of the word “nexus”= the central and most important point or place… so /warp nexus… The Lady of Cove  is a name for Azuries since she owned Covetown. She lost her case with her admins but received a very nice statue of a chicken that continues to stand to this day. @Athenmos12 got the Grand prize from this riddle. He shot a bow at a button on the chicken’s butt and it pooped out the 8th and grandest key.

Thank you to everyone that participated I hope you all had fun! More events to come!

HINT!! for the people that are trying to get the Guess the Theme of the next event prize… read through the explanations and you will find a couple pointers… The picture attached on the main post might help people guess too!

NOTE FOR THE ADMINS and others!! If you guys are curious about what the Pieces of Eight were… In Pirates of the Carribbean the Pieces of Eight were super random objects.. The pieces of eight that I hid included a boat, iron leggings, a brick, a string, an arrow, feather etc.

    Keys hidden
    SuperGl’s boat
    markusi13’s piece of string
    the magnificent key stick
    Calliemav flies like a bird
    machi’s iron door
    Godsdead’s pants
    Iamthereaper89 is a brick
    skymanjays whacking stick stick

Yes but it is hard to proof this.
I tried to take screenshots but you can only see how me and my friend defeated him over and over.

BUT Calliemav helped me take care of this so this can be considered closed.
