Im new to this server, so i have pretty much no say in this situation, but from what ive seen in my months on the server, java has been a good and bad staff member.

He bans cheaters, abusers, and more, but he also gets triggerhappy and decides to mute, warn, ban, and insult other players and staff. he has shown to be abusivly spying on the crew members of Horsia, seen a few days ago. SmiGuy was running through the nether getting glowstone, wondering why Java was in spectator mode, even while not in busy. Then all of a sudden he shows up right in front of smi, invis. he has been in spectator mode a lot while not in busy, and as shown in the screenshots above, screeching at people to remove claims or else he will ban them.

He just abuses his power as staff and i dont think he is fit to be staff.
