    Yes Iodin nothing changes in the normal world but the new one gets…rougher. Inventorjohn…the whole point of the new world was to make it a hard place to sail ships and make trading and pirates more…useful. If we disable enderpearls it disables a way to atack ships that is not only useful but also not THAT easy to obtain. Camping outside harbors might be annoying but it makes a lot of sense if we want to make the new world a place for more public pvp, which was exactly godsys intention as far as i know. Also the livemap is a dumb idea if you want to trade safely. Of course it helps you to navigate but EVERY pirate on the world could see where you were in realtime so…it would make trading a lot harder, additionally if a pirate could just sail towards a port and check if somebody is inside first. AND i know how less assuring it can be to not have a base even more so in a new unexplored world but since the claiming-tool is so extremly bugged right now i would rather have no claims at all than a map that is stuffed with claimed stoneblocks where people store their stuff. I know my suggestion about claims was similar but looking back i see how much it would hurt the feeling of the new world so i would like to withdraw my earlier suggestion.

    Well first I can find and kill a enderman and get a enderpearl in 6 minutes. Also boatswains and donators can get 2 enderpearls by doing /kit boatswain and anyone who happens to have 20 pounds in their pocket (almost everyone) can buy a enderpearl. Also you don’t seem to get it. Enderpearls are effective for attacking ships but their so effective that it makes ships useless and people trying to enderpearl on to boats just use vanilla boats. Enderpearls render ships so useless that nobody uses them and what’s not pirate themed about a pirate ship with cannons chasing a trading ship I mean what the heck? If ships are so useless then you won’t have people using ships to trade so you won’t have pirates that actually attack and steal from ships. And I pointed out earlier that enderpearls are not hard to get but ships are so why should something that is hard to get be so easy to steal? If a pirate uses a ship to chase a after a trading ship then you have a pirate using something that is actually not easy to obtain to steal a ship which is a better situation. Have you seen that video were dagersh easily blew up a ship that belonged to hardtimez, cause it’s a good example.  Second I made a mistake in what I said in my suggestion for the live map I meant to say that the live map should show the structures and landscape but just not people’s locations. Fourth I’m pretty sure there’s no actual glitch to siege it’s just that the people who are being sieged have their base made of multiple claims and the siege only affects one of them so with the rest as long as the owner doesn’t enter them, won’t be under siege. I do think that this isn’t exactly fair though and should be dealt with. Fifth camping around ports is somewhat  like camping around someone’s base, you aren’t really giving them a chance to do something for even a little bit and not get killed and if you are trading I don’t think that means you intend on fighting people. Also pirates tend to be far better equipped than non-pirates so making public ports not a safe zone just makes it worse as in you not only lose your ships but you lose all you stuff that you were going trade and made that tough journey for nothing. Second you could prevent people from stealing your ship  at ports by adding safe docking areas that would lock your ship and prevent anyone else from taking it for a little bit of time, then when the time went up it would unlock and people could take the ship if they wanted to.

    Well, you’re in luck! Here’s a list of the currently active crews on PirateCraft as of the 23rd March 2016. Apologies if your crew isn’t in this list, I only know the crews which frequent the forums or which have made a name for themselves.

    Atlantis
    Power Structure: Federation
    Power Source: Unknown
    Character: Atlantis is a new crew lead by Konstruktor and Texter with the aim of focussing purely on the constructive side of Minecraft and avoiding all forms of PVP. The crew has yet to take off properly and is attempting to attract long-term players as well as striking deals with business ventures.

    British Empire
    Power Structure: Federation
    Power Source: Direct Democracy, former Timocracy
    Character: The British Empire is one of the oldest still active crews on the server and prides itself on its size, history and feats of construction. Having been caught up in many drawn-out wars for a period of over half a year, the leadership has grown tentative of getting involved in large-scale conflicts.

    Commonwealth of Nations
    Power Structure: Confederation
    Power Source: Representative Democracy
    Character: The Commonwealth of Nations is a new political union of crews aimed at improving the server’s community by sponsoring fledgling enterprises. It has yet to find its feet, but is already working on plans for the future.

    Power Source: Anarchy
    Character: Creed is a new pirate crew with a focus on PVP and raiding. They seem to be setting themselves up as competition for Crusaders of the Void.

    Crusaders of the Void

    Power Source: Anarchy
    Character: Crusaders of the Void is an amalgamation of some of the richest and most powerful PVPers in PirateCraft. The crew has made a name for itself through its victories on the battlefield. The Crusaders may generally raid whoever they want and do whatever they like, but they must also respect their fellow crew members. CoV likes to emphasise that building is also an integral part of its culture.

    Elven Empire
    Power Structure: Chiefdom, Confederation
    Power Source: Absolute Monarchy
    Character: The Elven Empire has been reformed and reborn countless times in the past years. Even when seemingly beaten, the Elves have a knack of rising up as strong as ever before. Many beautiful cities in PirateCraft are owned by one of the Elven Kingdoms, which are ruled by various royal and aristocratic dynasties.

    Ender
    Power Structure: Unknown
    Power Source: Theocracy
    Character: Ender is an upstart crew with a spiritual bent, worshipping the mystical St. Ender and the path into the Void.

    Enterian Alliance
    Power Structure: Republic
    Power Source: Direct Democracy, former Dictatorship
    Character: The Entarian Alliance is a small nation formed with the purpose of achieving order and working on projects. Ruled by InventorJohn, the Alliance has so far stood firm for three quarters of a year.

    Federation Nations Alliance
    Power Structure: Confederation
    Power Source: Representative Democracy
    Character: The Federation Nations Alliance is a union of crews which started out as a military alliance where Cubigran, the Entarian Alliance, and the SPQR to combine forces and protect each other from enemies. In the aftermath of the Verussian Empire being kicked out of the League of Nations for plotting against its allies, they too joined the Federation Nations Alliance.

    Iborian Empire
    Power Structure: Unknown
    Power Source: Absolute Monarchy
    Character: The Iborian Empire is ruled by Palmerageddon and while small, is a respected member of the League of Nations. The name and capital of the crew have changed over time, but its ruler remains the same. The capital of New Faythe stands strong against the sands of time.

    League of Nations
    Power Structure: Confederation
    Power Source: Representative Democracy
    Character: The League of Nations is a union of crews formed to fight the infamous 0utlaws. Even after 0utlawz leader HardTimez was banned, the League of Nations, back then known as “the Allied”, stuck together and even today pursue their aim in establishing an ordered world for future generations, a “great big beautiful tomorrow.”

    Norse
    Power Structure: Unknown
    Power Source: Unknown
    Character: The Norse are a new raider crew with a viking theme. Like Creed and Crusaders of the Void, they gleefully take up arms against any targets with attractive bounties on their heads.

    Seawolves
    Power Structure: Fellowship
    Power Source: Direct Democracy
    Character: The Seawolves are warriors of the sea and lupine friends. They raid who they will and let their feral hearts guide them.

    S.P.Q.R.
    Power Structure: Federation
    Power Source: Unknown
    Character: S.P.Q.R. is a Roman-themed crew focussed on constructing new Rome and serving as a place for crew representatives to meet. Like ancient Rome, S.P.Q.R. desires to expand its territories on the eastern side of the PirateCraft world.

    Thirteen Colonies
    Power Structure: Unknown
    Power Source: Unknown
    Character: Thirteen Colonies is a crew representing colonial America, reflecting this period in its architecture and dress style. A loyal member of the League of Nations, Thirteen Colonies has in the past taken up arms in defence of its allies.

    Togukawa
    Power Structure: Unitary State
    Power Source: Despotism
    Character: Togukawa is a communion of radical revolutionaries bent on overthrowing the “ruling donator elite” of PirateCraft and establishing a golden age for deckhands. So far unsuccessful in its ventures and widely condemned for the means pursued to achieve its desired end, crew leader Ultracreeper remains stoic and trudges on down his chosen path.

    Verussian Empire
    Power Structure: Unitary State
    Power Source: Dictatorship
    Character: The Verussian Empire has had many up and downs in its history. Destroyed and ravaged many times, the Verussian people constructed settlements on many islands before founding their permanent home on the landmass commonly known as the “Verussian continent”. The members of this crew work as tirelessly as termites on improving their infrastructure and building large cities.

    Power Structure: Fellowship
    Power Source: Unknown
    Character: Viper is a small assassin crew based in the northern jungle of PirateCraft. Led by Chamberlain, the vipers actively hunt down targets with large bounties on their heads.

    Xenon Empire
    Power Structure: Unitary State
    Power Source: Absolute Monarchy
    Character: The Xenon Empire is centred on Port Terragon, a large settlement on the Verussian continent. Lead by Maximus_Terragon, the Xenon Empire has sealed friendship with its fellow League of Nations crews and defined its borders by refusing the be integrated into the Verussian Empire.

    Hmm I guess ill do Verussias, this may take a while.

    OfficialRS or now referred to as ToxicKingRS grew up on an island apart of  an  archipelago called Meriyenerah. It was known to the local indigenous people as a new nation controlled by the Polynesian Empire. The dream of a nation for the Polynesian people soon crumbled after the late capital city; South Verussi was submerged into a gruesome war with the infamous pirate crew, 0utlaws. The war brought the people’s first sight of cannons and desolated whatever hope they had in gaining statehood.

    But then the newly formed government consisting of the current leaders ToxicKingRS and WilsonManzer signed a declaration forming their empire instead of a nation. This empire was the Verussian Empire or VE.

    Howeve, the little territories that they controlled were littered with explosives and holes digging miles from the surface caused by artillery fire. So their king set off on a voyage to conquer new lands, and soon discovered ‘North Verussi’ east of port Lacomus controlled by the British Empire.

    Progress on the island was swift and within weeks the new island settlers had built houses and farms and the population was ever growing -until the island was transformed into a scene of a massacre. Beliving that the settlers had stolen goods from them, The British Empire unofficially launched an invasion against the island. The houses were besieged, the people were murdered and the land was once against destroyed (that was not the fault of the British). After the attack goods were returned but the king came under high criticism as the people were anxious of living so close to a British port and feared another attack.

    Then the Verussians once again set off and discovered their new home land; Verussia. They arrived to discover the ancient Elven city of Vivenheim was in a state of abandonment so they had claimed it and started a rebuild project for the town with WilsonManzer taking command on that front.

    ToxicKingRS and his followers walked thousands of miles through vast arid deserts until they found the rich fertile lands north of the continent in which they decided the colonize and build their capital city; Pallivadia.

    With a relatively stable nation they set upon improving international relations after decades of war on distrust, it was then when they found their greatest allies;  Entaria, led by InventorJohn and NRR led by Buckmaster and ChaseDillion. Together they formed the Federated Nations Alliance or FNA whi dedicate themselves to peace but are finding this policy ever so difficult within a world that lacks peace.

    Today Verussia is ever growing and has planned two new exotic cities to add to this prosperous nation; San Fernandez and El Maritia.

    Heres some documents you may like:

    The New Roman Republic started with one man, Buckmaster1993, he was part of the Dwarven nation of Eternia, a nation that primarily builds underground, and one day decided to explore the surface. The Dwarven president, InventorJohn (Above average height for a dwarf), decided to let him go, seeing him as no threat to the Dwarves, Buckmaster1993 visited the server archives, and discovered a book telling of an ancient civilization of technologically advanced people named the Romans. However, through the archives he could not find any information on where this civilization once was, so he ventured to the east, away from the major empires, to an area scarcely populated by any. There, he found a ruined civilization, arrows, not shown to be Dwarven, Elvish, or Brittish littered the ancient walls, so thick you could climb up them. Inside, he found a city full of stone buildings and a single castle, he explored the castle, and found many documents of current technology, but written in ancient glyphs, Buck learned segments of the native language of the Romans, Latin, and built upon the ancient city, eventually, he started recruiting, and a wide-eyed lover of Roman culture came, Chasedillon123. after a while, Chased became rather distainful twords the empirical form of government that they were using, reminicent of late Roman culture, and staged a protest against it, through this Chasedillon123 earned his spot as consulate in the New Roman Republic. Later, Chasedillon123 found a cavern beneath the city, littered with zombies, skelletons, and spiders, and at the end of the cave he found blueprints for buildings, weapons, and ships previously unseen, these included the Discus-II an upgraded version of the Discus-I found in the cavers, that shoots a disk-shaped projectile from a flat barrel, giving the projectile more aerodynamic features and making it easier to slice through enemy ships. Next was the Trireme and Quadreme Mk. II, upgraded versions of Roman Triremes and Quadremes, capable of carrying cannons instead of Balistae. Finally was Roman building methods, some of these methods did not resemble any Roman structures known to history, and they soon realized these were plans for revolutionary buildings that never got into production, some of these buildings took inspiration from other citys such as Machu Pichu, Mesopotamia, and Greece. Eventually, the NRR solidified itself as one of the major powers in the East, and the Dwarven president, InventorJohn, realized he was very wrong assuming Buck could not make a crew to rival him. Eventually, Eternia, Verussia, and the NRR created what is known today as the Federation Nations Alliance, or the FNA, at first, it was a think tank of nation leaders protecting one another, but eventually InventorJohn went AWOL and Chasedillon123 and Buckmaster suggested they turn the FNA into a force for peace, instead of a think tank, this is the current state of the FNA. Land disputes insued, and the NRR is still expanding, and is currently building a city based on Mesopotamian building and Machu Pichu’s layered city style, known currently as Elexandria, in honor of a CoV warlord known as Elexander.

    Attention all major crews, the New Roman Republic is hosting the first ever serverwide Geneva Convention*. In this convention, we will be discussing what we feel are acceptable forms of warfare, and what is acceptable to cause it, and will be signing an agreement between all of us legitamizing this agreement.     second, these are not unjustified attacks. perhaps you should have asked why i am attacking USE. i was kicked from the USE for not killing someone on the kos, even though they refused to tell me who is on kos
