Claim owner: MelonIsNotAFruit, and LogoTrt
Time the Claim owner has been offline: Not over a month but, the claim violates server claiming rules.
Claim Size: I didn’t get the sizeReason: This claim is near my home and I want it gone, I was there first and have every right to tell them to go away, I attempted to make them move out for over 6 months but they don’t want to do so, They’ve built based on there and have used them to kill me and my allies.
I takes roughly 10 seconds to walk out of my home and to their city, which btw is next to my city which I can’t get to building due to having these neighborhoods which I didn’t ask for.
I have witnesses that I was there first and if logs do go back to 6 or even a year ago then you’ll see that my eye sore of a manor is infact older than LogoTrt’s and MelonIsNotAFruit’s claim/city called Belfast.
I as the older claim owner still want to be freindly with them even after the crap they’ve put me through with being next to me attacks, killing my allies when they visit me. I’m willing to give them enough time to go somewhere else and skidadle off my land.
Theyve also built next to a one of my Comrades claims, Gamerboymarcos and I can assure you that MelonIsNotAFruit’s claim is deliberately a block away from my comrades claim and that gamerboymarcos was there first along with me.
The image below shows the distance. Don’t remove Vapecloudbears claim though.

This probably would’ve been easier to deal with a long time ago, especially if you recorded each and every instance of when they did kill you and your allies from said base.
That way you’d probably would’ve enjoyed a world of less pain, however I’d love to see what they have to say, mainly due to the fact that they’ve obviously put so much work also into their site.
October 2, 2018 at 10:31 pm #59650This seems to be rather problematic…because the grand size of this base and claim makes it kind of hard to justify a removal.
I know that your place and LogoTRT’s are right next to each other because you guys both use to be in the same crew and were close friends. However you guys are not anymore, so I am getting the feeling you are doing this just to get a leg up over LogoTRT in a long series of battles between you two.
Now besides that, this city is just MASSIVE, and to request the entire removal of an entire city that has been there for years is fairly hard to justify. But, it is possible that staff may find a reason that it is fine to remove the city, and if so, I will respect such reason.

and Palmerageddon on my update I showed that their city is close to mine by around 35 blocks

Logo you built that claim when we were still crew members and I’ve told you to not build there, and you did so after I started building, you pretty much built even after my warnings, and for what to piss me off raid m which defile me and the rules you dont buil next to people just o piss them off and deliberately attack them like you have, my city and yours are so close I can’t even tell the difference it’s rediculous and it needs to end, I’ve given you a 5.1k deal to sell Belfeast to me 2 months ago and do you do you try and scam me you admitted it to ging and you also admitted to him that you’ve only built the Belfeast extension to piss me off more, which comes to show who’s really the one at fault here.
and why should have to pay for your actions, claims, mistakes and faults when you started attacking me. I even gave you 6 entire dam months to move out, 6! And what do you do you just keep building the exact opposite thing, I could have regened your build along with your claim but I didn’t because I actually gave a dam, and now your just putting on this soap box on how I “hurt you” boi if this doesn’t explain it then I don’t think you have a high enough IQ to understand even the basics of English much less respond in it.

October 3, 2018 at 8:06 pm #59667you cant “just have something regenned”. that’s a staff decision. arguing on forums is pointless. this is a report but imo it wasn’t written very well. cosmic, no offence bud, but it was kinda hard to understand your writing >.< hard to say who is at fault here since its been 6 months, and all ive seen is both sides bickering at one another and 2 very very different sides of the story. since its been so long it will be difficult to create a solution that pleases you both. you guys need to figure this out, because from what ive seen everyones sick of hearing about it. the more drama this creates, the worse off BOTH of you will be.

Then 2 months ago I tried to make a deal with him to buy Belfast and help him move, but the he tried to scam me which ended up failing for him.
Even when we were still in a crew I told him to back off my land and to not build there, funny thing about it is that he started building only after I started building so if he made an argument about building there first it wouldn’t matter.
and Jack he’s not my old crew leader, I never joined TFN I took it down in less than an hour upon joining and I remember it very well, TIE was then created and then that fell due to curroption and we were both leaders in TNRR, even after being a leader he kicked ging from the crew for no reason, and didn’t follow crew rules thus banned from TNRR.
I really hate it how when ging told me that LogoTrt deliberately built Belfeast just to piss me off, now I’m not sure if it’ll ever get removed but I can be certain of this…
Logo has killed, raided, and sieged me with that city as in teleporting to Belfast just to kill me along with MelonIsNotAFruit which violates the rules “If you a claim or home close to someone don’t use it to attack” I remember that very clearly from Lawzone, LogoTrt also got MelonIsNotAFruit to move in which is a New settler, his claim can be removed.
Now I’m willing to go down a nicer path, If LogoTrt agrees with me to talk to godsy about moving his entire city somewhere else then that would be better.
If your asking why I’m not moving from there it’s becuase why should I get punished for something he did.
