Ah, I was just looking over the rules again and saw this more pertinent rule:

<em style=”box-sizing: border-box; color: #46484a; font-family: ‘open sans’, ‘helvetica neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;”>Items lost to glitches will not be replaced.

So I guess I’ll close this thread. Seems like a dumb rule to me, but I’m sure there’s reason for it.
