Emiel didn’t actually warp to staff island with his goal being to attack you or your ship, he tp’ed to me while I was sitting on my tree at the island. Not sure if that comes under the same thing.
He then swims over to you sailing the ship, and sits on board for a while. Lego uses an elytra to fly over from cove to attack you (I believe), and rivver sends a tp request to emiel. Emiel accepts the request just as Lego arrives, and Rivvur beats Lego to the punch and kills you a fair distance from the warp. Someone else is then brought in to sail the ship elsewhere.
From what I heard in the call last night, you most likely would have died a few seconds later from Lego, and Emiel had the decency to wait while you were far away from the island.
I’ll have a word with staff to ensure that they aren’t using it to attack people, but in this case emiel didn’t in fact attack you – instead he sailed along with you given he was nearby and accepted a tp from Rivvur. If he would have directly attacked you it would be a different situation, but Gods and I are willing to let this one pass – we’ll ensure this doesn’t happen again in future to avoid unnecessary complications. I can assure you no staff is using the staff warp to raid or kill.
EDIT: staff members are free to kill regular players, they just need to ensure they stay out of drama. Admins and above play super passive for that reason, but mods can generally go out and kill people if they want, and helpers too.
