what a suckup lmao. also u were not banned by lazy u were banned by xeron. also u have 13 bans 4 of which were perm. u have 8 mutes and 3 warnings. also a I found a similar unban appeal were u stated basically the exact same things u are stating up above. problem is u did the same shit u did to get urself banned right after this. although I am not staff with the excessive amount of times u have been like this (25 punishments to date) I believe it would be stupid to let him back on. but hey that’s just me.
Yes I have had a ton of punishments on my punishment tracker and I feel it is best for me to explain them.
Ban ID 1 = lasted only 10 seconds and was a punishment from java just messing around it was by no means actually because of hacks.
Ban ID 2 = I said to a friend of mine lets go pvp on here, this counted as advertising and i didnt do it again. This was lowered to 1 day for a ship battle because I didnt actually say the servers name just stated THE server since I knew my friend would know what i was talking about this was indeed against the rules but there was some confusion.
Ban ID 4 = This was just for a minute this was just from a heated debate with a enemy of mine.
Ban ID 6 = A friend of mine was muted I messaged him jokingly that the owner was abusive, this was stupid of me because my friend was truly in the wrong I was just trying to have his back to which I was banned reasonably so.
Ban ID 7 = Chat spam
Ban ID 8 = Chat spam

Ban ID 9 = Trying to protect a friend again *sigh* Im looking at you melon.
The others are mutes and the bans are from me manipulating shops with a nether portal which lead to a bigger shop and using the chat system to exit combat. I just wanted to point out these specific bans to show that they were not all from me directly trying to be malicious to the server, yes I did deserve the bans for doing these things because I disregarded the rules and played as if I could do whatever I want. I am not here to argue these I just wanted to list them so you could understand a bit better why it is so high. Were they all wrong yes, were they all just yes, but were they all to be malicious, No not intentionally but I do apologize for it because intended or not it was malicious to the staff and the server and I plan on having not even a single mute this time around.
Thank you for your time to write a reply however even though it was against me I do want this to be a fair thing I understand most dont want me on the server and I have to say I was quite surprised by how many do. I hope this reply may have changed your mind just a bit that I may deserve another chance. I see the term thin ice being tossed around and I think that I should be watched like a hawk for my previous record but I honestly wouldn’t have made a ban appeal just to cause more harm to the server. I truely just want to be able to play on it again and enjoy it like you.
