This is, way, way, way, way, way, way,
*deep breath*
way, way, way, way, way too circumstantial.
I am so sorry for your loss in items, or whatever, but Spooky – it’s very difficult to prove this at all. I’ve had people show up at my base hours from eachother, and within minutes of departure, but only because they know the right ways to travel. I know it isn’t a home.
In fact, you just seem to have hit a stroke of, you guessed it – bad luck. It could possibly be a matter of 5gm having a home nearby, in which I still couldn’t imagine you arguing it was abuse. You disappeared for a while… correct? In any means, if he built a base in that time, and decided to traverse from point A to point B ( which is coincidentally your base, only mere minutes away ) you can’t say he’s -using- his /home’s to attack you; in that case, he’s only using the assets available to him, and his home is no longer a question.
And well, if it’s a pre-existing home from long before, we still can’t argue for it. If the intention was to set base camp up, and not attack you, we simply cannot say it was a ” set home for pvp use – maybe. ” You aren’t certain either, which means I guess only staff could inquire politely on where his home lays. Or rather, why it lays.
I hope this makes sense to you.
