Just to add to the list of evidence: @GingfulGlider asked me to ‘test a trap’ as well; spamclicking some lever. Unfortunately for him it did not work out that time. He broke the sign right after I didn’t click it, so I wasn’t 100% certain about the type of sign.
Weirdly enough he was offended by me saying that I thought its a spam attempt.

So, to all fellow pirates out there: if your gut tells you its a scam – it’s probably a scam !
