There are 7 stages of grieving, I think you are at the depression stage.

As for a way forward, I suggest claiming anything you wish to not be destroyed this will result in what you build being protected from anyone, if you do not claim your builds on a Pirate server then anyone could claim them, destroy them or do as they please, nobody has broken any rules here as it was you that did not claim your land.
