It’s illegal because they are basically giving each other the money instead of actually doing a bounty. they joined the same crew during the bounty and monkeyman004 asked who wanted the free money to just tp and kill monkeyman004 with no fight.  If everyone did it then there’s no point of bounty, people would just be trading money.
