Ok, um… another case of people arguing who had land first, claim attacking, etc… had this loads of times in the past.

The rules:

• “Claimed land cannot be used as a tool or weapon against someone else. Do not claim land to siege a player”
• Informal rule: Don’t build within eyesight of someone else

Now, from what I understand both towns/cities were built at a time when LogoTRT and Cosmickingjoel were in the same crew and friends. Both towns have been there a long time, both are quite large. As such we will probably not remove any claims, or regen any towns. They both have legitimate reasons for existing. Not our problem if friendships turn sour, sorry.

The ‘don’t build within eyesight of someone else’ rule is kind of irrelevant here, as I have seen both players actively expand their towns in recent months, and making no steps towards relocating. At the end of the day, any unclaimed land can be claimed by a player.

“Claimed land cannot be used as a tool against someone else” – I’m a bit wishy-washy on this one. I assume @LogoTRT and @Cosmic haven’t been getting along for 6 months +, in which case sethomes have been used to attack each other.

I have 3 options for you two/three:

1. We leave things as they are – we’ve had this scenario with many players in the past, this usually works fine. Walls are built, both parties agree not to expand in their respective directions. Staff are usually best left out of this.
2. One of you moves out. As Palmer said, I always thought that was one big city – looks great too. Please reconsider making a deal or selling. Maybe Logo selling, but getting trust to his part of town when cosmic claims it. I’d be happy to enforce this and make sure you stay trusted. We would deal with any griefing in the usual manner.
3. Belfast would be moved, although this is unlikely, as it requires Gods to be online. We might be able to find you two a bit of coastline to move the base too. Best to make a separate forum post @LogoTRT for a request to move the town – see what gods says.

Preferably option 1, please.

@cosmic Please keep a record of when either of them attacks you from now on. Any harassment will be treated as such and sethomes WILL be removed. Same applies if you harass Belfast.
