As always, its the fault of the people that take on the role to run BOTM, Do one month for the staff perks/benefits and never do it ever again. I have gone through 3 people that have all failed to be consistent with running it. Staff do not have the time to run it. I have many, many, many posts on the forums asking for “Media staff” thats what this is, finding someone that can take nice shadered screenshots, edit the logo onto them and upload them to the website. At one point we even had 3 people working “Together” to do it, and they still didnt do it. I just need someone consistent that can just do it. its that simple, it always has been. I was able to Work full time, Run the server, run moderation AND do botm by myself for an entire year without missing it, yet someone dedicated to it cant do it for one month?

I have kind of given up with people, its all people wanting things done but NEVER doing anything. its all take take take, and never give.

Find someone to do it and we can do it, I dont have time.
