for crew rank names, you type /setrank [name] [rank]

if you wanted to use color, you’d use something like /setrank Turseturtle &2&lTurtle Master

this would give you the rank Turtle Master in bold dark green. use /info colors to bring up a list of all colors and text modifiers. &l makes bold, &I I believe makes italics. color first, then modifier.
