To be honest, your suggestions are not a shared view, this server has been alive for over 3 year (I believe) and if there was something wrong with vanilla boats or swimming we would have had it pointed out before.

The reason it has never actually been pointed out like you have here is because it is such a silly concept, that everyone has and rightfully so dismissed it if it ever crossed their mind.
