Browe, these are great suggestions; but there are a few problems implementing this into the game. First of all, to rank up you have to sail in a vanilla boat. Also, frost walker would be the fastest mode of transportation water-wise if what you suggested was done. If vanilla boats were removed, it would make it easier for “God” tier players to raid newer people, due to boats still being super slow. It might be more efficient to swim normally in that situation. When fire spread was disabled, that didn’t improve the usage of ships more than they are used now. If you look at the advantages of removing depth-strider and vanilla boats, you will indubitably see that the disadvantages of removing these items outweigh the advantages.
