You should have a quick read of the rules page here on the website, particularly the first bit:

“You are responsible for all activity on your account and from your IP.”

If what you are saying is indeed true, then I am very sorry for you, but I can’t see any way in which you could prove that you weren’t using this account to bypass the ban on ItsSalmon.
