You and whom ever you wanted unbanned came to an english server and yet didnt take time to read up on rules. You can translate the rules page in a variety of ways.
No response here has yet clarified what rule player A broke and why he was banned, or the rule that player B broke or why he was banned. It seems that the latter was ignorant and asked staff to forgive him on the grounds that he didn’t understand the rules due to him being foreign, but it seems a little harsh to permanently ban someone, who just wanted to understand what their friend did wrong, or if the punishment could be less severe.
