Ive seen plugins for  a random TP or /rtp command, simply shoots you out to a random area in the world. Could have a command sign set up at the end of the new spawn walkthrough to rtp new player. This could help lessen players not being able to get anything round spawn cause of hundreds of people blowing through it before them
