The use of tutorial builds (e.g. builds found on YouTube) is strictly prohibited. Any entrant caught using such builds will be immediately disqualified from the current and all future Build of the Month competitions.

Say I see this house on youtube right. I like the front. So I pause the vid, copy out some of the front. Then, I design the sides, rear, gardens, façade, interior, roof, cellar, drive, etc, all by myself. Does that count?
