There should be a canoe ship type. It would be a tiny ship, with a max size of 20 blocks, and it would be available to cadet+. As its “powered” by the player, it wouldn’t require sails or an engine to move. The only blocks that are able to go on it are wood based blocks, and no chests could be put on it.
