So, I want to start by apologizing. I know and I admit that in the last month or so leading up to my ban, I was at times a very toxic player, and though an influential community member, to some players, I was not a good one.
I want to apologize to anyone whom I’ve offended, and I know that the things I said were in no way appropriate or called for, despite the reasoning and context unknown to most behind several of my offenses. What I had been doing as a player was awful, and I know that. I don’t want to be that type of person, and this abrupt ban has taught me- that is not who I want to be, EVER.
I am not going to argue the fair or justness of my ban, as I feel like that has already been argued enough. I’m writing this appeal because I want to own up to my mistakes and get one more chance at this community.
As many of you know I joined the server in early 2014, I played the server off and on, and granted I have had many hiccups along the way, I love this community.
To say the least, this server is quite literally one of the biggest parts of my life. I have met countless friends in this community who have helped me through hard times completely unrelated to the server, and I cannot thank them, this community, and the staff and owner, (for keeping the server running), enough for what they’ve done for me.
I know that a fair number of those reading this probably have negative opinions on me, whether I offended them, have raided them in game, or some other reason, please- take into account that I genuinely understand what I did, and that I do want to change. Losing one of the things I love most- this server, has shown me that I am not that person, and I never want to be that person again. And for those with neutral opinions on me, please consider the words I’ve said here, and know that I right now want nothing more than to grow as a person and be able to go back to doing what I love, and being part of the irreplaceable community I love most- Pirate Craft :pirate_flag:.
The things that I have said could have had everlasting effects on my personal life. This is not just a ban, it is a major life lesson. I should never treat people the way that I did. I am so thankful for this lesson learned, and I hope that it doesn’t have to end as me losing one of my favorite parts of my life, and instead we can move on from my mistakes, so that I can begin to show that I am not just a better member of the PirateCraft community because of this, but a better person in my real life.
Finally, to Xeron and the staff team: I am so sorry, for the trouble which I’ve caused you. I never intended to be such a troublemaker, and being so suddenly cut off from such a massive part of my life has shown me why and how I need to improve myself as a person.

Reason for Report:
So this is going to be a long report with a ton of S*** that needs to be taken care of. So ROME came to our base to siege us and they brought some other players. The siege went wrong after one certain incident that I will get to in a minute.
CosmicTaco was verbally harassing us, saying how he was going to sell our base, and kept telling us to leave because it is now his base apparently. He said that he would come back everyday until we unclaimed the base and handed it over to him. He also stayed at our base for hours so we could not do anything and he also claimed land around our base to keep us from expanding and to encourage us to hand it over to him.
Okamily, AlliceCheese, Hardeharher, Tatical_Nuker, and Solembus were involved with the stuff CosmicTaco was saying also. All these players were saying the same things. After CosmicTaco would say something they would just support him and pretty much say the same things he was saying to us about leaving.
ZackBacon is the reason ROME got into our base. ZackBacon fell down one of our traps and once he fell down one of our traps, once he fell down the trap he exploited a glitch that only captains have access to. The glitch is that you can e-pearl into a wall and do it multiple times and eventually glitch through the wall. (We know about this glitch because one of our friends showed it to us). Once he got in he teleported all the ROME members and players helping into our base. After that he would start excessively killing all our crew members. ZackBacon would then start sending threatening messages to us. ZackBacon would also sieged us about 5 times along with the 5 times ROME sieged us in the same night.
Gruffu was with ROME in this siege and he would also excessively kill our members along with ZackBacon. Griffu also would send us threatening messages and would not stop harassing us. A few hours after everything had happened and everyone had finally left he just popped up in our base along with ZackBacon to siege us once again.(I will tell you how we think he got into our base this time in a minuate)
Finally PhenixyFlame. While the entire siege was going on she would not shut up. She kept teling us to give up to ROME, and hand the land over or she will get involved next time. She called us poor multiple times along with making fun of us for not being able to defend ourselves against 10 players that got into our base due to an exploited glitch. We asked her to stop talking but she kept talking to us even though we had asked her multiple times to stop talkin.
After all the sieges were over all the players were hanging out in our base. They stayed in the base for around 3 hours and we asked them to leave about 20 times but they just kept saying no and to hand over the base(as show above). And the erason we believe Griffu got back into our base and sieged us again with ZackBacon is because they set home in our base. We believed every player involved set a home inside our base and we would appreciate it if staff checked and would remove any set homes they put in our base.
Also due to the actions of certain players on this server several of my friends have temporarily quit or permanently quit the server, due o the harrasment and threat levels by the players. It makes them not want to come back on PMC.
Topic: MAFIA 1VS1 POTPVP TOURNAMENT
Hello all, mafia is proud to announce that we’ll be hosting the very first player hosted tournament on the server. We’re aware that nothing like this has been done before and therefore there may be some hiccups but hopefully things will go smooth. Without further ado, let’s get into it:
Entry Fee:
Each participant is required to pay 8 diamond blocks. You won’t be added to the tournament until your fee is paid.
Date:
The date still has yet to be destined, it’ll be decided once there’s enough participants, it’ll beprobablyon May 16th at 1PM EST/ 6PM GMT / 7PM GMT +1.The 1vs1 Tournament:
Each match will consist of 3 rounds, the first player to win 2 rounds wins the match. At the end of each round the winner will have to give back his opponent’s gear. It is your own responsibility to to have the pots you will need for the entirety of the tournament, each participant will get access to a room where he can store up to 8 chests worth of potions and XP bottles to fix armour in-between rounds. If you run out of pots too early no worries, there’ll be [buy] signs in the arena where participants can buy potions to refill. Everyone will get /accesstrust in the closed arena so pearling is possible.
Rules:
– No fighting each other in the stands.
– No event weapons.
– Rounds will not be repeated due to lag.
– Any broken armour/gear won’t be replaced
– Only normal arrows are to be used.
– The only pots allowed into the Colosseum are regeneration, strength, health, swiftness, and fire resistance (NO DEBUFFS).
– Each fight you can use your inventory of potions and nothing else, you may refill in-between fights.
– No Knockback II swords.
– 1 stack of pearls max per round. Don’t worry we’ll keep an eye on you filthy rule breaker.
– No golden apples of any sort allowed.
The Kit:
The recommended kit consists of:
– A maxed out diamond set (Protection IV, Unbreaking III)
– 16 Pearls
– A maxed out diamond sword (Sharpness V, Unbreaking III, Fire Aspect II).
– A stack of food of your choice
– 4 Strenght and Swiftness pots, 1 Fire Resistance, Healing potions.

Hello, so everyone knows about this toxic and annoying player, ZackBacon. He has taken it to far when he said “Go **** yourself Khanye, you don’t need to be rude to everyone just because your dad beats your ass.” No my dad does not beat my ass, but my friend has a abusive mother and my other friend has a abusive step dad. Hello all, recently I was attacked by a ton of people on the server, CosmicKingTaco, Zackbacon, NitroDaTaco and Dohtig (in game names) decided to flood the entire city and cause substantial damage to my city. Then while trying to mediate/prevent this grieving, I was attacked, killed and sieged multiple times over the course of 2 hours. My efforts to screenshot the damage was obstructed by Decsain and Cappur after this, despite making my intentions clear.
