I was wondering if I could get myself unbanned. I asked to get banned from PirateCraft because of my “addiction” to the server. I thought about this for a while and realized it was just ridiculous…I would like to come back to the server because I miss everyone. I apologize if this is a repeated post since I couldn’t find my other unban request on the forums.

This is Re post cause last one got closed. I got banned for 2 things, the first was toxic behavior and harassment, I did not harass anyone I did kill a lot of players that were in Rome but it was only for one day and I did not target anyone. The second thing is harassment of players and releasing private information (which depending on the degree is illegal in real life). Im assuming you are talking about the Instagram chat I made about President_B. It was fake and I did it because I thought it would be funny. It was meant to be a joke and they all thought it was funny until they decided to kick me from the crew and try to use it against me to get me banned. This is Re post cause last one got closed. Please do not post if you do not have to support what you are saying

Mojake, just stop trying,

The image is clearly not faked, it looks exactly like an instagram dm sent to someone. Without Photoshop (which you said you didn’t have in dms, see the first attachment), it would be quite difficult to fake it. You would have to make the background, the chat bubbles, the words in the correct font, perfect image formatting, etc. That is very difficult without good software like photoshop.

Please provide some sort of proof that the image was faked. You are making a claim here with zero evidence, we already talked about this in our dms on discord: you tried to defend it with “innocent until proven guilty” and then when I did prove you guilty by visual evidence, you failed to come up with a response (see 2nd attachment) and claimed you had to go eat dinner. Don’t pull that “innocent until proven guilty” card because it doesn’t apply here, that is meant for defendants in a court case, and is not a loophole to make a claim without providing evidence or proof.

Besides, when you doxxed President_B, you caused the same amount of damage as a “real” image would (assuming that you are telling the truth here, which you are obviously not). President_B told me and a few other Romans that he was legitimately scared to go back to school because of what you did.

Serve your time, think about your actions and their effect on President_B, and maybe staff will let you appeal in a year or so.

Lol out of all people why are you talking? your literaly banned from the server. and what hapeed with Minepixe was stupid. He attacked me and was about to kill me so I attacked back after I killed him he winned and said he would leave the crew if he didnt get paid 500$. And none of the methods to kill you guys are ilegal I have a home set across the ocean which has been there for months and is plenty far away. ANd the reason i am killing the deckhands is becuase no one who has power in rome will come out. They are sending there deckies running around the town with no armour and just and iron sword. Enderzalt even told me that they are replaceable and that is why hes doing that. First off I did not greif unclaimed land as you say, I simply broke the unclaimed wheat field. I did not blow or break any blocks so to say i greifed it is false. And nitro you should know that you are not one who should be talking about being toxic. You even called President_B gay so much that he wouldnt talk to you for like 2 months

Hello Mojake and pmc staff, Enderzalt here,

Yes, you built some of the docks, but so did GoldenMoneyz, and he removed his claims here because he trusted you. As mojake said in his original post, I built almost all of the ships, minus the Indiamans (Indiamen? idk). The Dock belongs to Rome, its military, and Cosmic, and it is considered an extention of Arie on the Isle, which is Cosmic’s claim. (Ask anyone in rome, we called it “beta arie” or “new arie”). Therefore, the docks are also our property, as it is part of Arie. Not to mention, the ships are claimed by ME. “Your” docks would be too close to the main arie island and considering that you have been attacking us invisible, that would also make your claim illegal, since you use it to attack us and is it too close to one of our main military bases.

This is besides the point but you have also harrassed multiple new members of ROME, including Minepixe, and President_B and generally did not act like a reasonable and good person while in our crew. Yesterday, we were good friends, and you all of a sudden had to betray us. Also take a look at your forum signature, you are attacking nitro for no reason at all.

So basically to sum up, you AND Goldenmoneyz built the docks, not just you. We didn’t kick you out, more like you betrayed us and refused to pay the requested $500 for your crimes, which is a minimal amount tbh. The Docks are not your area, and if you make a base there it would be to close to our already established base and can be used to raid us, which is illegal (considering you have a home there of course).

If you have anything else to say, please let me know, but please don’t go around trying to get the admins to support you when it really is not their business. Thank you for your service to ROME, Mojake, I hope we can come up with a compromise soon.
