Reason for Report: harassment.

Overview Description of Report:
RoV crew (previously known as THT) and specifically the members in the list above have been repeatedly attacking members of my crew and citizens of my island for a prolonged period of time (every day for several days, at this point 5 days or possibly a week). This included /back abuse (not legalese, my personal opinion) where those members would keep their /back just so that they could tp and kill later. Considering that the vast majority of the crew is deckhands or were deckhands until very recently and there is a significant and overwhelming advantage that the members of RoV have, I do not find this behavior acceptable.

I would like to further note that I rarely if ever have a problem with someone sieging me or my crew and I have never reported anyone else so far, because I never felt that it was necessary.

{I had just gotten killed (Unrelated to this report) when I called DriftingSixGuns over to make sure the guy leaves. As he was negotiating to get my two pixaxes back (Seen in front of me in the screenshot), Hannah randomly tells DriftingSixGuns and Vaterland88, “go die i hope your family dies too lmao.” This happened at 5/20, around 9 CST in the US}

I used to play this server a long time ago. I made a mistake. I thought I was doing no harm, but now that I look back on it, I can see why Java made the decision to ban me. What happened was that I was on a teamspeak I believe with one of my friends, DriftingSixGuns. I told him to come play with me on another server, and he told Java. I ended up getting banned, and it makes a lot of sense. It was a dumb decision to make, and almost a year and a half later, I really want to come back to the community. I was always a controversial player, but the server is competitive, and I feel like I have matured a lot since then. I’m sorry for my past behavior, and I hope I can come back with a fresh start and everyone’s open mind.

Multiple deaths Weekly by same player

So for the past few days and week Cosmic has been coming on line every day and coming and killing me invis. I wouldn’t mind it it was once a week or twice but he is Pushing it literally. Every Fricken day im sick and tired of him doing this and im requesting that staff look into this. I get its a pirate server but Cosmic has been attacking me and my crew Verbally with insults and Physically not limited to attacks on 2 of my members who he had both there claims Majorly blown up. It was my members faults due to not remembering they had given certain players trust but then those players turned around and wiped them from the map Litterally. I tired of coming on and being stalked by cosmic and being killed by him. Ya some of you haters like DriftingSixGuns CosmickingJoel and GingfulGlider don’t really care about players or anything on here. More for the memes than anything.

I have had a long time on here and you guys don’t seem to change. My main issue is with you Cosmic you have disliked me and my crew even thou we don’t do anything to you. You constantly say Dirty stuff to me in chat and in discord and it TeamSpeak not limited to insults pervy comments and just things that are rude, hateful and hurtful in general. Im Asking you to STOP. Im  sick of it.

Okay do you get it Fricken now im sick of you and your insults. Okay yada yada yada Rome is the Best we are so Awsome. You need to Grow up and Stop Belittling players for just not being in your crew or Not as awesome as you thing you are. Your ego is bigger than my tower for Fricks sake. Oh and your comments about my Manhood and how im making up for lacking something those type of comments are Rude and It just shows you are immature and need to learn to treat People in general nicer on here. Damb it all your not a toddler okay you should stop acting like one.

So if it has not gotten into your head Cosmic Stop Fricken Calling me names and Attacking me Every Single Day.  The last time I had that Happen was when Jusa did it and when I asked that he stop he did after I filed a report on him.

As the harassment still did happen while I was in The Asylum (TAS), it was not as severe and I did not bother documenting anything. I was still exhausted of it but I didn’t want to upset TAS. However, after I joined The Coalition (CLTN) the harassment quickly became constant, and I felt tired and degraded so I started documenting it.

I cannot provide evidence of the constant comments spoken in the server’s TeamSpeak, as I do not record it, however I honestly couldn’t count the times I’ve been called “thot” or “hoe” out loud in the TeamSpeak. Also since the “shrek cult” came around, he has casually been making jokes about rape, some of them being directed towards me such as “bend over for shrek” (evidence below). Drifting has also renamed himself in TeamSpeak “Lego has a plastic dildo for curlyy” and that’s only one example.

Once, I vividly remember leaving the TeamSpeak channel to fix my microphone, and Drifting quickly joined and said, “oh I thought this was the bush” then left after mentioning earlier Shrek and raping me. SmokeyRiver has even told him to refrain from using these terms and comments but he persisted after staff told him to stop.  As a minor, I hate the way he talks to me, and I feel as though I am being harassed by Drifting. He has said other things towards my friends, but that is a completely different story and not as severe as what he has done towards me. He once mentioned in ally chat recently a comment about a mental health issue about my friend River (screenshots below).

I don’t understand why Drifting has made these comments towards me, if it was “power” or something else. Whatever it was, I am hurt by the derogatory terms and phrases made towards me. Thank you for your reading this through, as it has been damaging my self esteem for a couple of months now.

Reason for Report: harrasment, spawnkilling, abusing glitches, killing inside a pvp free zone, bypassing chat filter, rude and homophobic comments

It all started when me and my teammate tried to attack a player which i was paid to attack. However, Drifting showed up, killed me gave my stuff to kzhu. Then lakeside went afk, inside the pvp free zone, a small shack. Drifting, still here grabs some fireworks, pushes lake so the fireworks hit the ceiling, in the pvp free zone, hitting him until it kills him. I come back trying to get my stuff back, invis fearing that i would be spotted if not. I then check the map, but he sees my particles i think, he pushes me into the same shack and does the same thing that he did to lake, killing me. Note, this was all in a pvp free zone, except for when i went outside the pvp zone earlier to collect a bounty. After this, i respawn at my base which i share with a friend. I’m warned to run, but its too late, drifting sieges me. After a while of trying to get in, they kill me and they have full access to the base. They kill me multiple times, everytime i respawn im killed again. At this point im trying to get out, but they continue killing me. Im killed about 50 times, maybe thats a bit of an exaggeration, but it was alot. I tell them to stop multiple times, but they keep doing it. More people are tpd in, and they all spawnkill me, for their enjoyment. Near the end im trying to leave, somone dies, i pick up their stuff, im killed again. I try to leave again, killed again. I tried to fight back a bit, but it was no use against god geared players. Drifting said i was hitting him, and thats why he kept killing me, but that is wrong. I only did that at the end. Kzhu was also a main spawnkiller. I dont have screenshots of this , but anyone online will vouch for me. People tried to help me, but they got trapped inside and they were outnumbered, it was no use. Aside from that, drifting has been calling me “diccless” hes bypassing chat filter. Also, i dont know if  its illegal to beat somone with firewokrs in a pvp free zone, but im still reporting it because no staff were online in game or in discord.
