hey the turtle wsnt from one piece and all i’m stealing are the images 😛

@queenrep i intoduse too you Teldrassil:an island with a forest so dence the light takes1 mintes to finaly reach the ground (btw the reason why we have 24 hours in are day insted of 23:56 is becuase the light from the sun takes 4 minutes to get to earth) the forest use to have the elves known as “NightElves” but they were too atached to there home so attached in fact that when a droubt camt to there land they dint got to mervillie with the rest of the races and they went extint.ofc it is said that a small family survived and made it to this world but that has no evidence (i’m just saying this so if anyone gets the idea of making a night elve race they dont have this story to dold them back.btw night elves are not some elves of darkness there just called that becuase there forest is a bit dark and they adapted glowing eyes for it.they are conected to nature more then anything).

no as i said before its like an extention of the world he wont regen the world he will make it a bit bigger in a centant area and this area wont have tp and will have fesh islands for the taiking! also it will have an npc trade rute that gives players a more realistic way of getting money

Hang on, unless my lore is completely wrong, isn’t Teldrassil a giant tree? And seeing as light travels 300’000 kilometers per second, doesn’t that mean the forest would be 18’000’000 kilometers high? 😛

To follow up on what @PaulOnFire said, assuming his figures are correct, and the Kármán line is used to measure the start of outer space (100km), if the trees were to somehow grow to the edge of the atmosphere and back, they would have to make the journey 180,000 times… That’s a huge forest (yes, I love looking things up and doing maths with them, don’t judge…)

Good God, the forest is 180’000 times as tall as the Earth’s atmosphere? That’s a mighty big forest!

I’ve copied Chailey and looked up some stuff on the internet myself now, lol. ^^ According to Google, the forest would be as tall as a third of the distance between the Sun and Mercury!

shut up guys lest just pretened some magic is at work here XD. wait what if the leaf’s o top of the tree were in GREAT number and made of a special bio-glass,the light would have to pass like this

and lest say that the leafs are even in the nano lvl? so the light is obligated to take this path so it can get to the ground (in the procces the trees would absorbe most of the lights energy making the gruond look like it was night 100% of the time but with a glowing moon :/) also captain you a wow fan too huh XD

What solid is suggesting is kinda possible, like how like travels slower in water than in air. This video explains that. The thing is, by the time the light hit the ground, it would be green due to the green leaves absorbing all the other lights.
