We have a new forum specifically for Support Tickets. (Where this thread is)

What are support tickets?
Support tickets are a way to track issues and bugs on the server, Not drama.

Ticket’s will need to be formatted properly to quickly distinguish between its purpose by using a title tag (below).
A ticket is a new thread created in the forum, if there is a universal issue, please check first to make sure it hasnt already been created.
Do not create multipul ticket threads for a crashed server.

What needs to be induced in a support ticket?
Topic Title
[bug] / [request] / [permissions] / [host] / [claims] / [plugin] / [rank] / [crash] – Subject

Content

• Brief Overview paragraph of the ticket.
• Detailed Information.
• Who this effects

Topic Tags
Same as Topic title tag, without the brackets, these can be separated by commas.

You can see I have tagged this post on the top right of the forum thread next to the breadcrumb navigation titled “Tagged”, This lets me search for all threads tagged with that category.
