    Ok, Ik that you guys are absolutely dead set against the fact of no tp. I don’t blame you. So first, I will state some facts

    Pros

    • • You can get to a raid quick
    • You can get teleported to shops!
    • You can teleport back and forward to get resupply on gaps, exp, etc.

    •You can trick players into accepting the tp and then kill them! ( This isn’t a pro or a con)

     

    Cons!

    • You can get tp killed
    • it really kills the factor of ships
    • your “attacker” can run back and get more supplies

     

    Now, the pros outnumber the cons 4:3. That is true. But there is that one con that could outnumber all the pros:

    It kills the point of ships

    I am not saying to completely disable it teleportation, but maybe consider these suggestions:

    • Make It A Donor Perk
    • Make /tpa and /tpahere £15 each or something
    • Maybe put it as /tpa is commander and /tpahere and /tpa is captain
    • maybe raise the rank needed to use the commands (This isn’t one I strongly suggest)
    • Trail these suggestions for a week or such
    • Maybe take it away?
    • Maybe have it so each rank has a limited amount of tps each hour? And donor ranks have unlimited?

     

    My point is pirates didn’t have teleportation, then had ships. It seems as if those are switched! I know you guys can counter this statement with the diamond armor and such.

     

    PLEASE NOTE: I think this should only go for tp’s I think /home is insanely important for PMC xD

    This has been brought up a lot, like you I want to see ships as well, but sadly it won’t happen seeing this sever basically runs on tps.

    @dorkito101 im with you on all your points, and your suggestion is perfect.

    I asked the community about this before and got wrecked, they all hated the idea.

    PirateCraft V1 didn’t have teleport, and nobody played.

    What im going to do is create a second additional world that only had ships to move around with ports and stuff, theres much bigger threads talking it over.

    Out of all of them, I like the limited per hour, thats probity the best solution we could come out of the survival, although I would want it 1 per hour haha

    I Do not like the idea of no tp that I have to pay because I haven’t wasted money for purpases inganme and I’m not gonna start now and also I need tp to give newcomers gear and houses

    I’ve always been a fan of the two world suggestion. On the current world, having no teleports would break my entire gameplay. I would have to redesign my whole base concept and it would take me way, way too long to collect materials. :p

    With a second world the player is presented with a choice. YOU can decide how you want to play the game, you aren’t forced to play PirateCraft differently from what you’re used to. But if you want more immersion, there is that option.

    Not only is this second world great for ships, it would also make players more likely to live near each other for trade and form proper communities. It also means every base would intrinsically have a weakness, as you’ll need a functional way IN as well as a way out.

    I’d love to play on both of these worlds. Hopefully, items won’t be able to be shared between them. It would be way, way too OP for established players to haul over chests full of gear that they harvested the easy way.

    All right, no mean for disrespect here. But this absolutely cracked me up. The man stated to tp to noobs to give them armor. Solution? You put the stuff on a ship. Get the noobs together, give them the

    armor, and start a raiding party!

    There is a way!

    Second world overview for those that are too lazy to read the existing forum posts on it.

    • All island based land, loads of islands.
    • No TP
    • No Map, you have to search and hunt for people to fight.
    • Trade routes to earn money with ships, port to port
    • No GriefPrevention ( you cannot have the best of both worlds, you cannot have a place you are invisible to everyone on a map to hide items)
      – Again, World is aimed at those that want to do nothing by PVP and battle and cause destruction, hence wanting a 3 Mo reset each time.

    None of those points are negotiable, I don’t want to hear it, Ive heard it all before in existing threads that you were too lazy to read or be part of.

    I have a multitude of things to fix before I can even start on this, the fact mojang keeps pushing ridiculous shitty updates for no reason at all, keeps breaking the cycle to get anything done, mojang can go do one, its as if they are doing it on purpose to kill the java version of minecraft.

    Yeah man, claims! no claiming! This is what will upset most people, its already been argued over in another thread, hence why I was so straight cut with my message about it.

    Cant have the best of both worlds! (get the pun, its a second world)

    I’ve played on other worlds in which you buy low and sell high (trade routes) and I loved it. It would be super fun with boats, but instead of  claims, there should be naval forts or ports in which ships are protected. Maybe different factions own these Forts??? Sounds pretty fun if you ask me. Oh! Maybe naval battles can determine who owns the seas/forts/trade routes.

    Nah, @GTerwilliger Because there is no map, it would be super hard to find a base. I feel like living in a ship would be the best bet.

     

    With Godsys quote being said, I just realized how hardcore Piratecraft can get!

    But what if there was a screenshot of the whole world, but it wasnt live?  Then you could find the cities/ports
