I submitted my application for the role of moderator a few seconds ago but i am unsure if it went through or not because of a message i got upon submission asking me if i was sure i wanted to “do this?” after clicking yes it took me back to the application page but this time it was completely empty, should i fill it in again or has it gone through?

I’ve actually had this same problem. the moderator application just resets when you try to submit it.
