Sometimes this happens if you are using any mods other than texture packs. Otherwise, they’re not allowed.

have you tried making sure youre using a premium mc acct? that may help.

if that isn’t the issue, try using a compatable version with the server (1.9.4/1.10), and unloading any mods you may have installed.

Get the crash report. You can upload it to a site where smart people will diagnose the problem, or pm it to me, I’ll take a look and give you a troubleshooting guide for the issue.

id first suggest making sure the acct is premium. it’s sad at how many support tickets get filed for failure to connect when the player is using a cracked account.
